The future is extremely bright for our premium and luxury spirits portfolio within the travel retail channel. Our Regional Managers are commercially focussed, working with Global and local key accounts, delivering against the commercial and brand objectives to achieve our growth plans.
Main Responsibility
Regional Managers are responsible for delivering a scale regional P&L across a spread of customers. As the region lead, you will manage both Global and local key accounts to deliver against commercial and brand targets. An influential role with senior responsibility, stakeholder management and relationship building requirements, both internally and externally.
Our Ideal Candidate
You will need strong commercial acumen as well as a clear understanding of how to successfully lead national and Global key accounts. You’ll be an expert in building strong relationships and flex your influencing style depending on the stakeholder.
It’s essential you can confidently create, present and deliver strategic commercial and brand building plans, grounded in insight, that are financially sound and deliver growth. You’ll be a motivated commercial leader with the ability to work in collaboration with multi-cultural teams from different functions, time-zones and markets to achieve the best results. Frequent international travel is a requirement, and the ability to speak more than one language is a benefit but not essential.
