We are working with an NHS partner who is seeking a highly organised and motivated Project Support Officer to join their team on a fixed-term contract until December 2025.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative and organisational skills to support innovation, evaluation, and insight projects across healthcare in the West of England. You’ll play a vital role in supporting NHS England, Office of Life Sciences, and local priority programmes, while gaining exposure to multiple areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and project support across a portfolio of healthcare programmes.
*
Maintain accurate documentation using project management systems (Verto 365) and CRM tools (Zoho).
*
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and events – including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
*
Act as the first point of contact for stakeholder queries and communications.
*
Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, escalating when required.
*
Support data collection, reporting, and evaluation activities.
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in an administrative or project support role.
*
Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage competing deadlines.
*
Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across teams and stakeholders.
*
Self-motivated, detail-focused, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Desirable:

Experience with Verto 365 or similar project management software.

Background in healthcare, research, or innovation
