One of our Private Equity clients is looking for a Senior SAP S/4 Hana Programme Director to lead the upfront design, scoping and roadmap definition for a major greenfield transformation. Role: Senior SAP S/4 Hana Programme Director Contract: 6-9 months Day Rate: £900 - £1,000pd Outside IR35 Reporting to: CEO, CFO and PE Operating Partner Hybrid role in London Key Responsibilities Lead the full SAP S/4 Hana Pre-Implementation phase, defining scope, boundaries and critical "big rock" design decisions Drive operating model and process decomposition across Finance (R2R, P2P, O2C) and relevant Supply Chain areas Define the high-level solution blueprint, including greenfield vs selective adoption recommendations Build the transformation roadmap, including implementation phasing, timelines, resourcing and SI partner models Shape the Data & MDM strategy, integration landscape and satellite systems map Support the creation of the RFP and evaluate SI responses (e.g., Accenture, NTT) Work closely with the PE Operating Partner, CEO, CFO and CIO to ensure alignment with business objectives Produce C-suite quality deliverables and ensure clarity, pace and structure across pre-implementation activities What We're Looking For Multiple SAP implementations as the Programme Director Accenture or SAP specific boutique consulting experience is essential (technology or SAP practice) Private Equity experience a must Industrial/Manufacturing experience a bonus Experience across the whole end-to-end SAP lifecycle cycles, ideally including pre-implementation or greenfield design Strong in process mapping, scope definition, solutioning and operating model design Understanding of Finance, Supply Chain basics, Data/MDM, and integration architecture Comfortable engaging directly with C-level executives in fast-paced PE environments Clear, structured communicator - pragmatic, decisive, non-political and calm under pressure Bonus: MBB Digital/Operations exposure, PE-backed transformations, carve-outs or rapid stand-ups If you are interested in this opportunity and meet the criteria, please apply.
