Temporary Customer Service Administrator £14-£15 p/h holiday pay Based near Old Street Monday – Friday, 5 days in ASAP start 2-4 week booking potentially to extend longer A bespoke beverages firm based in London are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join them on a temporary assignment to start asap. You will be required to provide the best possible service to customers and helping the business succeed by going above and beyond to satisfy their needs and meet their expectations in a timely manner. What you’ll do: Being the first point of contact for answering customer queries and concerns Reviewing and raising tickets accordingly Submitting customer orders within the CRM system Liaising with the warehouse to confirm processing of orders, dispatching, and customer invoices Providing product recommendations Feeding issues back to the wider business and responding to customer reviews Providing ad-hoc support Skills required: Previous experience in customer service Proactive ‘can do’ approach Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to remain calm under pressure Knowledge of products and services Ability to problem-solve If you are immediately available - previous customer experience with a muck-in, can do attitude – please apply!
