The Job Youll Do; Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, for a respected logistics firm Assisting in the setup, operation, and maintenance of packaging machinery Monitoring machines to ensure efficient production and product quality Learning to troubleshoot and resolve basic mechanical issues Completing quality inspections checking for damaged and defected products prior to dispatch Following health & safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area About You; Ideally looking for an opportunity to gain a permanent contract after a 12-week probation period Comfortable operating a machine, however full training will be given Keen interest in machinery, manufacturing, or production work environment Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic Willingness to learn and grow with the company Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
