Outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated Maintenance Engineer or Engineering Supervisor looking to step into a senior, high-impact role where you will take full ownership of engineering across multiple sites and play a key part in shaping the future of the business.
This is a growing and ambitious manufacturer offering the chance to build and develop maintenance systems from the ground up, giving you real autonomy to implement structure, improve reliability, and drive engineering standards across the organisation.
In this role, you will lead the development of preventative maintenance strategies, moving the business towards a proactive and data-driven approach, while still remaining hands-on with fault finding and continuous improvement across production equipment.
You will work closely with senior leadership, gaining exposure to business strategy and long-term planning, with clear opportunities to progress as the company continues to expand.

The Role:
* Multi-site role across Burton-on-Trent and Leicester
* Develop and implement preventative maintenance systems
* Carry out fault finding, breakdown repairs, and improvements
* Work on a range of production machinery
* Support installation and commissioning of new equipment
The Person:
* Maintenance Engineer, Multi-Skilled Engineer, or Engineering Supervisor background
* Strong mechanical skills with electrical fault finding ability
* Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, or similar
* Looking for a role with autonomy and responsibility across multiple sites
