As the Deputy Children's Home Manager, you will play a crucial role in the management and operation of the new home. Support the management of a 4-bed EBD home
Ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people
Lead and motivate a team of support workers
Participate in weekly management meetings
Uphold the organisation's mission to safeguard and inspire young people
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the Deputy Children's Home Manager role will possess: Extensive experience in a similar role, with consideration for strong Team Leaders
A Level 5 qualification in health and social care is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A deep commitment to the welfare and development of children and young people
