Key Responsibilities • Supporting with washing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and personal hygiene • Assisting with medication prompts or administration (where trained and authorised) • Preparing meals and supporting with eating and drinking • Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional reassurance • Supporting mobility, transfers, and safe use of equipment • Completing light household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping • Accurately recording visit notes, MAR charts, and incident reports • Following care plans and escalating any concerns or changes in need • Upholding dignity, respect, confidentiality, and professional boundaries • Promoting independence and wellbeing at every visit Requirements • Right to work in the UK • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply) • Willingness to complete the Care Certificate • Mandatory training: safeguarding, moving & handling, medication awareness, infection control, basic life support, food hygiene • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle • Experience in domiciliary care, residential care
