We’re supporting a global insurer seeking an experienced Platform SME to bridge critical knowledge gaps across core business systems and enable safer, faster delivery of change.
This role sits at the intersection of architecture, configuration, and integration, working across multiple platforms in a complex environment.
The Opportunity
You’ll play a key role in improving system understanding, reducing operational risk, and unlocking platform capability. Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, you’ll bring clarity to existing configurations and support integration and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse and document system configurations, architecture, and interdependencies
* Support and guide integrations across core insurance platforms
* Reduce delivery risk by improving platform understanding and governance
* Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
Qualifications:
* Strong experience across insurance platforms (Guidewire, Verisk, Sapiens, DXC, XL Pro)
* Deep understanding of system architecture, configuration, and integrations
* Proven experience in complex transformation or remediation programmes
* Confident communicator, able to translate technical detail into business insight
