The role
The Talent Sourcer will work in the internal talent team working with stakeholders to find the best talent for the Hexegic teams. Working from identifying, attracting, engaging, attracting and screening candidates, this role would be ideal for someone with experience in agency or internal recruitment, looking to take a larger responsibility in a mid-sized organisation.

Core Responsibilities
* Working to manage the end-to-end recruitment from attraction to onboarding.
* Working closely with the wider Talent Team to establish recruitment requirements, then source and pipeline candidates to meet current and future demand
* Use ATS and HRIS technology to create and manage vacancies and candidates through a recruitment process.
* Candidate attraction/advertising both job boards and social media channels
* Networking and building networks in specific disciplines. Military, Cyber and Data Engineering.
* Screening candidates via phone or online via MS Teams and evaluating their suitability against vacancy requirements.
* Occasional onsite visits to teams based at different sites in the south of UK.
* Support company events to represent the Talent function and build company cohesion and culture.
* Recruitment or HR admin tasks, offer letters, contracts etc.

* Experience sourcing candidates against technical requirements
* Willingness to learn and a desire to understand a growing business
* Ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholder both virtually and in person, as required
* Ability to prioritise work and urgent activities
