Job Title: Supply Teacher Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Hazel Grove Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £130 - £150 Per day Job Description Job Duties: Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher Follow lesson plans provided by the school and ensure the continuity of learning Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment Provide feedback to students and school staff on student progress Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities as required Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience working in a similar role within a school setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and methods Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience Knowledge and Skills: Thorough understanding of the UK National Curriculum Strong classroom management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) Additional training in Special Educational Needs (SEN) or other relevant areas Working Conditions: Work in a school environment with exposure to classroom settings and varying student needs Full-time hours with occasional participation in school events and extracurricular activities Contractual obligations to adhere to school policies and procedures All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
