Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement a forward-looking digital strategy.
2. Lead internal IT, CRM, website, enterprise systems, and data security initiatives.
3. Manage budgets, technology investments, and vendor partnerships.
4. Deliver digital projects to improve operational efficiency.
5. Ensure digital infrastructure is robust, secure, and scalable.
6. Lead and motivate a cross-functional digital team.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders and external partners to foster innovation.
8. Own the CRM platform (MS Dynamics) and website roadmap.
9. Ensure digital platforms adhere to accessibility, user experience, and SEO standards.
10. Promote a culture that embraces technology and change.
Candidate Profile
* 5+ years in senior digital, IT, or technology leadership roles.
* Strong understanding of CRM systems (preferably Dynamics), IT systems, and digital platforms.
* Experience managing third-party vendors and contracts.
* Financially astute with experience overseeing budgets and investments.
* Strategic thinker with collaborative delivery skills.
* Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership abilities.
* Knowledge of data governance and cybersecurity best practices.
* Agile, adaptable, and enthusiastic about transformation.
* Experience in the charity, membership, or non-profit sectors is a plus.
