Job Description
1. Participate in regular meetings with clients to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner.
2. Delegate tasks to team members according to their individual skill sets, experience, and abilities to ensure efficient completion of the project.
3. Maintain budgets and adjust with oversight by the Project Manager according to needs as they arise.
4. Track performance and analyze the completion of key goals.
5. Document and report project progress to upper management and clients. Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.
6. Formulating project parameters with Project Manager and assigning responsibilities to the most capable employees and monitoring the project team.
7. Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field.
8. Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.
9. Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and other project participants and collaborating with senior engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability.
10. Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary guidance or corrective actions required.
11. Ensuring the project's material/installation compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications

The Successful Applicant
12. A bachelor's degree or master's degree in construction, engineering, or related field.
13. One or more years in Commercial Construction Project Management
14. Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of construction and scheduling software.
15. The ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
16. Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
17. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
18. Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practice
19. Desire to grow career in Mobile, AL
