About the Role:
We are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to support children across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 depending on your strengths and experience. This role will involve:
Supporting the class teacher with daily classroom activities
Working with small groups and 1:1 interventions
Assisting with learning activities, behaviour management, and classroom organisation
Helping to create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience working with children in a school or nursery setting (or relevant transferable skills)
A patient, caring, and flexible approach
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning
Relevant qualifications such as a Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (desirable, but not essential)
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one through Aspire People)
