As a Purchase Ledger Clerk for this business, you will have sole responsibility over the businesses’ purchase ledger and report directly into the businesses’ Finance Manager. This role is ideal for candidates who can confidently and independently complete tasks, and who have prior experience completing similar duties.
The duties of this end-to-end Purchase Ledger role includes the following:
* 3-way matching
* Assist with payment runs
* Code supplier invoices
* Keep Excel spreadsheet up to date
* Conduct statement reconciliations
If you have the following skills & attributes, you should enquire about this role:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Proficient in keeping documentation up to date
* Proficient in a range of financial systems, including Excel
