We’re currently looking for ECTs with SEN experience to join us from the Autumn term, starting on a flexible supply basis—with the goal of helping you find the right long-term or permanent role when you’re ready.

What you’ll be doing:
* Stepping into classrooms and supporting pupils when their usual teacher is away
* Delivering pre-planned lessons (with support where needed!)
* Creating a calm, inclusive environment where every child feels supported
* Following each school’s behaviour and safeguarding policies
* Leaving clear handover notes so the class teacher can pick up seamlessly

✨ Who we’re looking for:
* Early Career Teachers (or soon-to-be qualified!)
* Experience working with pupils with SEN in any setting (placements absolutely count!)
* A positive, adaptable attitude and a genuine passion for inclusive education
* Someone who’s open to learning, growing, and finding their place in teaching
