Responsibilities: Ø Develop and implement social media strategies for Casa Boho to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Ø Create and publish engaging content on various social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Ø Monitor social media platforms for customer inquiries, comments, and complaints and respond in a timely and professional manner. Ø Scout for impact KOLs, influencers, and bloggers to collaborate with Casa Boho Ø Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify opportunities for new marketing initiatives. Ø Analyze social media metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize social media campaigns and improve performance. Ø Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and new technologies to improve social media marketing efforts. Ø Generate ideas for impactful promotions and content strategy, which are aligned with the tone and voice of the outlet Ø Create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials Ø Collaborate with digital marketing team to ensure that funds are spent on sponsored advertising, SEO, SEM Ø Collaborate and create content with other related F&B outlets to grow awareness Ø Promote the restaurant in the local market, maintain a database of customers and engage with them to drive business Ø Engage with regular clients of the restaurant to market special offers and events Ø Manage social media budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI. Qualifications : Requirements : Ø Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field. Ø Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment. Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for different social media channels. Ø Strong analytical skills and proficiency in social media analytics tools. Ø Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative social media campaigns. Ø Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media platforms simultaneously. Ø Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
