We are looking for a dedicated Care Coordinator to help us deliver exceptional home care to people who want to remain independent in their own homes.
Responsibilities
* Creating, managing, and updating staff rotas to ensure all care visits are covered
* Acting as the main point of contact for care workers and clients
* Conducting care assessments, reviews, and spot checks
* Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training of care staff
* Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and company policies
* Responding to emergencies or schedule changes with calm, solution‑focused thinking
* Maintaining accurate records and care plans
* Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
About You
* Experience in domiciliary care or a similar care coordination role
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Confident using care management software and digital systems
* A proactive, positive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering high‑quality care
* Ability to work on‑call as part of a rota
* A full UK driving licence is essential
