About Our Client

This opportunity is with a well-established organisation in the property industry. As a medium-sized company, they are known for their strong presence and commitment to delivering exceptional service in their field.

Job Description

3. Process high volume payroll accurately and in a timely manner for all employees.
4. Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
5. Maintain and update employee payroll records.
6. Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies effectively.
7. Assist with the preparation of payroll reports for management review.
8. Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
9. Ensure proper deductions for pensions, taxes, and other contributions.
10. Support the implementation of payroll system updates and improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payroll Administrator should have:

11. Experience in payroll processing, ideally large payrolls on fortnightly, weekly and monthly.
12. Proficiency in payroll software packages and Microsoft Excel.
13. Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
14. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
15. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
16. Strong communication skills for liaising with internal teams and employees.
17. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
