We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our Project Management Office (PMO) on a 12-month fixed term contract at our Chipping Campden site.
The role:
You'll support the PMO in delivering organisational change by analysing business needs, gathering data, and defining clear requirements — working closely with project managers, sponsors, and subject matter experts to ensure projects deliver measurable benefits.
What you'll do
• Gather, document and manage business requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and process mapping sessions with stakeholders
• Analyse end-to-end processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Produce process maps, business cases and high-quality project documentation
• Support user acceptance testing and validate solutions against business needs
• Promote consistent standards for analysis and documentation across the PMO
About you
• Strong experience in business analysis, requirements definition and process improvement
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders at all levels
• Experience working in project environments using Agile and/or waterfall approaches
• Excellent documentation skills, including process modelling and requirements specification
• Clear communicator who can translate complex ideas for a range of audiences
• BCS accreditation (or working towards it) is desirable but not essential
