Role Description
This full-time role for a Head Chef is based on-site in Greater London. The Head Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and supervision of kitchen staff. Responsibilities also include maintaining high culinary standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and managing inventory and costs. The Head Chef will collaborate with management to provide an exceptional dining experience for hotel guests.
Qualifications
* Extensive Culinary Skills, including menu planning and food preparation
* Leadership and Team Management skills to oversee kitchen staff
* Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations in a kitchen setting
* Inventory and Cost Management skills
* Experience in high-end dining establishments or hotels is a plus
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
* Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification
