Our client is a forward thinking proactive independent local business that has established itself for over 20 years as the market leading name in successfully selling and letting property within the local area. They were Guild of Professional Estate Agent winners for Southwest Home Counties Excellence 3 times.
Looking for an ambitious and experienced Lettings Administrator to cover rentals and renewals in their friendly Epsom branch, you will be confident in building and maintaining relationships with clients, have a great personality and attention to detail whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Duties will include:
* Completing daily bank reconciliation of all receipts
* Daily uploading of rent and payments and invoices
* Resolving landlord queries via email and telephone
* Investigating and proactively resolving queries relating to non-payment of invoices via the completion of a weekly and monthly Debtors Report, liaising directly with landlords & clients to ensure prompt payment
* Assist with completing payment requests, including refunds and deposit releases ahead of each payment run
* Liaising with PM’s, issuing and re-issuing invoices as well as issuing credit notes
* General accounts administration including banking, filing and retrieval of paperwork
* Chasing Arrears/ Credit Control
Requirements
* Proven work experience as a Lettings Administrator or similar role
* Knowledge of Excel
* Good organizational and time-management abilities
