St Bernadette’s Catholic Primary School is seeking an outstanding Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team at KS2.

The successful candidate will:
1. Supervise and support pupils, ensuring their safety and access to learning activities;
2. Assist with developing and implementing individual education and behaviour plans;
3. Show initiative, think proactively, and respond to the needs of children and staff;
4. Listen to others and take advice positively;
5. Be comfortable working outdoors and embracing all weather conditions.

Essential requirements for this role include:
* At least a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification;
* Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding procedures.
