Role Overview
Puffy is a top‑5 U.S. mattress brand with 100% YoY growth since 2016 and is recognized as a Great Place to Work. As an AI‑First Digital Marketing Manager, you will own multichannel paid and overall digital acquisition strategies that drive 8‑figure revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own multi‑channel strategy with revenue accountability:
You will architect, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and emerging platforms, with clear success metrics of ROAS and revenue, while minimizing vanity metrics.
2. Partner with the 1%:
* Work with a Forbes Council Member CEO and senior leadership.
* Gain firsthand exposure to strategic decisions and high‑velocity execution.
3. Embrace radical flexibility:

What You’ll Need
* At least 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 2 years managing Meta campaigns for D2C brands and driving revenue across multiple channels.
* Working knowledge of broader marketing ecosystem: Affiliate, SEO, SEM, and Email.
* Hands‑on expertise with Google Ads, YouTube, and other performance platforms; track record of meeting/exceeding ROAS goals.
* Proficiency in campaign tracking, attribution analysis, and data interpretation for strategic decisions.
* Experience optimizing funnels from awareness to conversion, including ad‑to‑LP optimization.
* Ability to ideate compelling ad concepts and guide creative assets in partnership with design teams.
Good‑to‑Have
* Background in mattress, furniture, or home goods sector.
* Experience with programmatic channels, TikTok Ads, automated ad creation tools, and DCO.
* Experience creating and optimizing video content for social and search platforms.
* Knowledge of Meta Shopping features and other social commerce integrations.
