We are excited to offer a rare opportunity to become a Parts Manager at Sytner BMW Wolverhampton. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team focused on customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include managing stock, maximizing department profitability, coordinating with workshops and sales teams, and directly serving the public.
This is a full-time position, which may include weekend work to ensure exceptional service levels.
About You
Essential qualifications include prior experience in a similar motor industry role, with skills in analyzing and controlling KPIs and budgets. You should be highly motivated, with a strong understanding of stock control, parts administration, systems, and profitability. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required, and familiarity with Kerridge systems is desirable.
