The role presents significant opportunities for training, growth, and development in a unique team at the forefront of healthcare litigation which has enjoyed significant success and acts for a wide range of clients (insurers, insureds, regulators, Royal Colleges, defence organisations, PCTs and medical professionals) on the defence side, with insurers and insureds (medical professionals), being the largest contingent.You will be:Advising and representing healthcare professionals in healthcare regulatory proceedingsAdvising in MHPS and private hospital disciplinary cases.Advising and representing healthcare professionals (and their medical indemnity insurers) - including doctors, surgeons, nurses, dentists, and allied health professionals - in respect of clinical negligence claims.Providing medico-legal guidance and early pre-action assistanceProviding policy coverage advice to insurers in the healthcare sector.This is an exciting opportunity to work on behalf of leading insurers handling quality mid- to high-value work and offers the opportunity for development based on performance.
