We are a well-established automotive group operating across the South Coast, known for delivering consistently high levels of customer service and professional aftersales support.
We are now looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a front-of-house role that sits at the heart of the dealership — ideal for someone organised, customer-focused, and confident managing workshop processes.
⚠ Please note: Previous Service Advisor experience within the motor trade is essential. Applications without relevant automotive aftersales experience will not be considered.
The Role
As Service Advisor/Parts Advisor, you will:
* Manage all aftersales administration including job cards, bookings, quotes, and parts orders
* Use DMS systems confidently and accurately
* Greet customers professionally and manage their vehicle journey through the workshop
* Proactively use EVHC systems to maximise workshop efficiency and customer transparency
* Order and receive vehicle parts, maintaining stock control
* Ensure all paperwork and processes meet manufacturer and company standards
* Deliver customer satisfaction levels that exceed targets
This role requires someone who can juggle multiple priorities while remaining calm, organised, and customer-focused.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership or automotive workshop
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail
* Confidence using DMS systems and MS Office
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A genuine passion for customer service

Package
* 12-Month Fixed Term Contract
* £27,000 basic salary + bonus
* 40 hours per week
o Monday to Friday (08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00)
o 1 in 3 Saturdays (08:30–12:30, paid as overtime)
