Care Assistant – HC-One
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Care Assistant to join our HC‑One team. The position is full‑time, 33 hours per week, with full flexibility to cover both day (8am – 8pm) and night (8pm – 8am) shifts.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents, providing personal care such as washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
* Assist with everyday activities, ensuring residents maintain independence and dignity.
* Deliver compassionate and person‑centred care, including end‑of‑life support where required.
* Identify and recognise signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect, and act in accordance with safeguarding procedures, attending all required training and reporting concerns appropriately.

Essential Requirements
