About the Role
We are on the lookout for highly skilled Engineering Technicians (internally known as Unit Maintenance Technicians) to join our dynamic team at the Market Drayton Dairy. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a flagship site that has recently undergone significant upgrades, with an investment of around £80 million in infrastructure, automation, and high-speed filling machines.
Shift Pattern & Salary
* Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (7-7, days & nights)
* Salary: £55,620 per annum plus paid overtime at 1.5x
* Signing Bonus: £5,000 (payable after passing probation)

What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a multi-skilled department maintaining fast-moving, complex manufacturing or logistics environments
* Background in mechanical and electrical engineering within manufacturing, production, and process settings
* Apprentice trained with proven experience on fast-moving machinery, pumps, valves, and PLCs
* Strong knowledge in filling and process technology
* Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
* Good understanding of preventative maintenance techniques
* Team player with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
