The business are looking for a Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of a new build residential project comprising houses and apartments in the Mid Ulster area. This will suit a Contracts Manager with similar project experience that come on board and hit the ground running. Remuneration: £55,000 - £60,000 + vehicle / packagePackage Includes:Company vehiclePension SchemeLife AssuranceHealth Cash Plan MembershipRole Overview: Oversee the successful delivery of new build residential houses and apartments from infrastructure and groundworks through to completion. Projects are primarily in the Mid-Ulster area.
