About the Role We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Primary Teacher with QTS to join a welcoming and well-resourced Post-16 campus in Poole. This position offers the opportunity to teach students aged 11 to 13, with scope to work across different curriculum areas depending on experience and interest. This is a full time, immediate start role, with working hours of 8.30am to 5pm. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging lessons that motivate and challenge learners Support students with their academic progress, personal development, and independence Work collaboratively with support staff and other teachers Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of individual learners Build strong, positive relationships that encourage growth and confidence Requirements To be successful in this role, you must have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) A minimum of 6 months childcare or educational experience, ideally including supporting children or young people with additional needs Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students A flexible, patient, and proactive approach to teaching and collaboration Teachers from a primary background are welcome—full support and induction will be provided.
