The Online Order Processor ensures the seamless management of customer orders from our digital platforms through to final delivery. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of data integrity and providing professional correspondence to ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Order Management: Review and validate incoming online orders for accuracy in pricing, product specifications, and shipping details.
* Systems Coordination: Utilise the Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel and Outlook) to track order statuses and update inventory records accurately.
* Professional Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for order-related matters, communicating professionally via email and phone to provide tracking updates, resolve discrepancies, and answer customer enquiries.
* Logistics Liaison: Coordinate with the warehouse and distribution team to ensure all orders are processed, packed, and dispatched within established timeframes.
* Documentation: Maintain precise digital records of transactions, invoices, and returns to support financial and inventory audits

* Technical Proficiency: Strong competency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to manage data in spreadsheets and maintain a high volume of email correspondence.
