The Door Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining safety and security within premises, ensuring a welcoming environment for all patrons. The Door Supervisor is responsible for upholding the establishment's policies while providing excellent customer service.
Duties
* Monitor and control entry and exit points to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
* Conduct regular surveillance of the premises using CCTV systems to identify potential security threats.
* Implement loss prevention strategies to minimise theft and damage to property.
* Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies, providing first aid when necessary.
* Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when required.
* Maintain a professional appearance and demeanour at all times while interacting with patrons.
* Prepare incident reports detailing any occurrences that require documentation.
Skills
* Proficient in surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies.
* Familiarity with CCTV systems and their operation.
* Certification in first aid is highly desirable.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests and staff.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
