Job Title: Sales Executive (Japan)
Reporting To: Head of Investments, CEO
Location: Office / Remote as preferred/necessary
Our modern approach challenges traditional auction houses. Our transparency and lower fees have increased our user base and transaction sizes. Our London-based team provides seamless service, setting high standards for our competition.
We aim to expand our global sales strategy, leveraging customer data and targeted outreach via phone, email, and CRM systems (Bitrix24). We plan to focus on main markets including the UK, US, and Japan, offering direct sales opportunities through our supplier network.
Our investment sales strategy focuses on the Japanese market. Currently, we have around 150 clients, mainly high-net-worth individuals, with an average spend of over £10,000. We recently sold a £400,000 item to a Japanese client. The Japanese market is our strongest, and we seek a proactive sales professional to build on this success.
Responsibilities include developing and executing the HNW sales strategy for Japanese clients, and expanding the team as needed to meet sales targets.
Skills and qualities required:
* Proven success in high-value luxury sales in Japan
* Self-starter capable of independent project delivery
* Adaptability in selling style
* Deep knowledge of digital systems and e-commerce
* Excellent communication and team leadership skills
* Creative problem-solving abilities
Remuneration: £30,000-£40,000 per annum + 2% commission, with an expected monthly sales volume of at least £250,000.
