Long Term Roles

We are looking for experienced SEN Teaching Assistants who are open to new long term opportunities from January. These roles are based across mainstream schools, specialist provisions, and alternative settings in Leamington Spa and nearby areas.
If you have experience supporting pupils with additional needs and want consistent, meaningful work where you can build strong relationships and support steady progress, we would like to hear from you. Many of the schools we work with offer permanent contracts after a successful long term placement.
Responsibilities
Provide one to one or small group support for pupils with additional needs.
Support pupils with autism, communication needs, SEMH, or developmental delays.
Help pupils follow routines and engage with learning throughout the school day.
Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to adapt activities and strategies.
Maintain a calm, safe, and structured classroom environment.
Offer the consistency pupils rely on each day.
Requirements
Recent experience supporting pupils with SEND in a school or specialist provision.
Genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs.
Level 3 TA qualification or related degree such as psychology is preferred but not essential.
Calm, patient, and resilient approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable, professional, and able to commit long term.
