The role and what youll be getting up to on a day to day basis: Are you a technically skilled consultant with a passion for delivering impactful IT projects and driving innovation? Were looking for aProfessional Services Consultantto join our growing team. In this role, youll be a trustedSubject Matter Expert, leading the design, deployment, and delivery of cutting-edge Microsoft Cloud solutions. Youll work across the full project lifecycle from planning and implementation to testing, documentation, and service transition ensuring every engagement exceeds expectations. You will: Designing and deploying Microsoft 365, Azure IaaS/PaaS, and Identity solutions, youll architect and implement scalable, secure cloud environments tailored to client needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure. Acting as a technical lead on major projects, youll take ownership of technical delivery, collaborating with Solutions Architects and stakeholders to guide projects from concept to completion. Producing high- and low-level documentation, your documentation will be clear, consistent, and timely supporting both internal teams and client understanding throughout the engagement. Supporting pre-sales and solution architecture, youll provide technical insight during the scoping phase, helping shape proposals and ensuring smooth handover into delivery. Evaluating and onboarding new technologies, youll play a key role in assessing emerging tools and platforms, contributing to Littlefishs evolving service portfolio. Sharing knowledge and mentoring colleagues, youll actively support team development through knowledge sharing, peer coaching, and technical leadership. Who you are: Extensive experience delivering Microsoft Cloud solutions within a Managed Services Provider (MSP): youll have a proven track record of delivering complex Microsoft 365 and Azure-based solutions in a client-facing environment. Your experience will demonstrate your ability to manage multiple engagements, adapt to varied client needs, and deliver high-quality outcomes in line with industry best practices. Strong PowerShell scripting skills, youll be confident writing, adapting, and troubleshooting PowerShell scripts to automate tasks, streamline deployments, and support configuration management. Your scripting expertise will be key to delivering efficient, repeatable solutions across client environments. Deep understanding of core infrastructure technologies, youll bring hands-on expertise in Windows Server environments, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and Active Directory. Your knowledge will enable you to design and implement robust, secure, and scalable infrastructure solutions that form the backbone of our clients IT operations. Excellent communication and documentation skills, youll be adept at translating technical concepts into clear, concise language for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Whether producing high- and low-level design documents, presenting to clients, or collaborating with internal teams, your communication will be professional, structured, and impactful. A proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous learning and innovation, youll thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where curiosity and initiative are valued. Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel as needed, while much of the role can be delivered remotely, youll be willing and able to travel to client sites or Littlefish offices when required, ensuring strong relationships and hands-on support where it matters most.
