The Role:
Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Student Administration team as a Receptionist/Administrative Officer on a maternity cover basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to be the welcoming face of our University Centre, providing essential support to our students, staff, and visitors.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
As a key member of our Student Administration team, you will play a vital role in delivering a professional, responsive, and friendly service across the College. Your duties will involve:
* Welcoming students, staff, and visitors, providing a warm and helpful first point of contact.
* Assisting with a wide range of administrative functions including student enrolment, funding and eligibility, fee payments, data validation, and more.
* Collaborating with various curriculum areas and service departments to ensure smooth operations.
* Offering general information, guiding visitors, solving problems, and effectively communicating messages.
* Maintaining high standards of customer service and actively contributing to a positive and supportive environment.
