We are seeking a dynamic & motivated commercial gas engineer with strong technical expertise and a solution-oriented approach to join our team.
Overview of Role:
The Commercial Engineer will collaborate with our engineering teams to provide technical solutions, attend premises to carry out service, breakdown, and repair work. You will be a COCN1 qualified engineer with experience in commercial gas heating and hot water systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform service and maintenance on various properties across the region.
* Maintain high standards of customer care with clients and tenants.
* Communicate work updates and complete required paperwork electronically and manually.
* Adhere to all Health and Safety requirements, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH Records.
* Manage stock ordering and auditing procedures to ensure parts availability.
Key Attributes:
* Friendly and professional attitude, building strong relationships with clients and tenants.
* Experience with commercial gas heating and hot water systems.
* COCN1 qualification.
