The Role
We are seeking a Qualified Teacher to deliver structured, high quality teaching within a SEND specialist Further Education environment.
This is not a workshop facilitation role. It is a teaching position with clear academic, statutory and pastoral responsibilities.
You will:
* Plan and deliver purposeful, well structured lessons
* Use adaptive curriculum approaches aligned to learner needs
* Track attainment and evidence measurable progress
* Lead EHCP implementation and contribute to Annual Reviews
* Prepare learners for recognised qualifications
* Maintain safeguarding vigilance and professional standards
* Contribute to a disciplined and consistent learning environment
Learning at ONELAB is cumulative. Skills and knowledge are revisited, reinforced and applied beyond the learning environment.
