We are now looking for a fluent German-speaking 180 Delivery Consultant to join our high-performing London team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with one of our top billers, focusing purely on candidate delivery and placements within the German market — no business development required.
The Role
As a German-speaking 180 Delivery Consultant, you will:
* Partner directly with a top-performing consultant to deliver recruitment solutions for leading German clients
* Source and headhunt high-quality candidates across Digital, Data, and Life Sciences markets
* Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess suitability for live opportunities
* Manage candidates throughout the full recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer acceptance
* Build strong relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional experience throughout the hiring journey
* Maintain a highly organised and proactive approach in a fast-paced recruitment environment
What We’re Looking For
You do not need previous recruitment experience — full training will be provided. However, you should have:
* Fluent German and English communication skills (written and spoken)
* A passion for working with people and building relationships
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* A motivated, driven, and ambitious mindset
* The ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-moving environment
