Managers and applicants must note that all secondments are subject to agreement between the relevant departments and therefore the recruiting manager must speak with HR before offering a job on a secondment basis.* About the role: 12-month fixed term contract We’re looking for an organised, proactive and professional Personal Assistant to join the People Hub and provide high‑quality executive support to our Leadership Team. In this fast‑paced and rewarding role, you’ll be the first point of contact for senior leaders. Managing diaries, co-ordinating meetings, handling correspondence, identifying urgent/sensitive matters and signposting accordingly, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, work flexibly with peers, and help maintain strong professional standards across the organisation. About the candidate: We’re seeking someone with excellent communication skills, strong IT capability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence and discretion. Someone with initiative and experience in a PA or customer-focused administrative role is essential, along with the ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment.
