Join Wienerberger as a Multimedia Content Executive at our Head Office in Cheadle, Cheshire. We are a leading provider of building products, systems and solutions, dedicated to empowering the construction industry to create a sustainable future.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Multimedia Content Executive to shape and deliver compelling narratives that elevate our brand across digital and print platforms. You will work with the wider marketing team to develop engaging, insight-driven content—ranging from video to graphics for campaigns—ensuring alignment with brand tone and strategic objectives. You will also oversee content governance processes, including compliance with Health & Safety communication standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of content workflows.
This role will be based at our Head Office in Cheadle, with work taking place from various locations as needed.
Responsibilities
* Craft compelling brand and solution narratives across formats (video, imagery, written copy) that resonate with target audiences
* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex ideas into accessible, engaging multimedia assets for campaigns externally and internally (e.g., carousels on social media/displays)
* Capture and edit multimedia assets using professional equipment and software
* Write, edit, and proofread content for web, social media, print, and internal communications
* Research and develop content strategies aligned with campaign goals and audience insights
* Uphold the brand’s tone of voice across all content touchpoints
* Ensure content is accessible, inclusive, and compliant with legal and regulatory standards (e.g., copyright, IP, web accessibility)
* Support the implementation of structured processes such as Health & Safety policies and internal compliance
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure risk assessments and safety concerns are noted and acted upon
About You
* A creative flair in generating multimedia for online use
* Knowledge of creative software: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva
* Understanding of creative and digital marketing concepts and best practices
* Experience in photography or videography and editing tools
* Excellent copy writing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proactive and positive attitude
* Ability to work to deadlines and plan effectively
Desirable
* Studied marketing or a relevant field at college/university
* Understanding of CMS platforms
* Knowledge of Digital Asset Management
Hours
Hours of Work: 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
