Wax London is a fast-growing Menswear brand with ecommerce, retail and wholesale channels. Born out of a desire to make great clothes with character and integrity, we draw inspiration from vintage and modern shapes and weave in texture, pattern and print to create more than just clothing but pieces full of personality.
Due to upcoming maternity leave, we are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team at our Camden head office. Reporting to the Operations Manager alongside another Operations Assistant, you will support the full logistics cycle of our omnichannel business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who either has some experience and is looking to make the next step, or for a recent graduate who is looking to build their career in the field of supply chain and logistics.

The Role
- Full Time | 12 month FTC | Hybrid
- 35 hours per week | Hours 09:30 - 17:30
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of retail orders for Wax stores including raising within the ERP, tracking, management and communications.
- Support the Ops team with all inbound and outbound stock movements from suppliers and to wholesale customers, including raising ASNs within ERPs and Monday.com.
- Maintaining accurate freight costings in the ERP.
- Communicating with three global warehouses regarding commitment and working closely with them on any/all inventory and logistics matters.
- Liaising with suppliers regarding sample shipments and supporting the Marketing Team with PR orders.
- Supporting the CS team with customer queries, returns and refunds where applicable.
- Assisting the Operations Manager with any/all ad hoc administration duties.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience within a supply chain, logistics, planning, customer service or administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
- High IT literacy with an intermediate level in Microsoft Office Suite.
- High attention to detail and strong data accuracy.
- A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement and a willingness to learn and develop.
- Previous exposure to freight, export documentation, ERP systems or supply chain processes would be advantageous but it is not essential.
