We are currently looking for a Residential Surveyor to join our clients, a well-respected independent practice in the Leeds area. Our clients are a friendly, supportive practice that provides the ability to work on a hybrid basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate surveyor looking to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will be working closely with the director, with a view to gradually taking on more responsibility and playing a key role in the future growth of the business.
Working hours:
1. Full-time position
2. Hybrid work model (in-office days negotiable for the right person)
Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor:
3. Basic salary up to £60,000 (dependent on experience)
4. On Target earnings up to £70,000
5. 28 days including bank holidays, plus additional days over xmas period
6. Mileage expenses paid
7. Healthcare
Residential Surveyor requirements:
8. Minimum MRICS qualified
9. Registered Valuer Status
10. UK driving license
11. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
The role of Residential Surveyor will consist of:
12. Carrying out Level 2 reports (Essential)
13. Conducting Level 3 Surveys (Essential)
14. Party Wall Matters (preferred)
15. Dilapidations (Preferred)
