Overview
As a Team Leader in our food services team you’ll guide one of our branded outlets—Greggs, Subway, or Burger King—supporting your team to deliver fast, friendly, and high‑quality service. You’ll be hands‑on in the operation, ensuring everything runs smoothly and that your team remains confident, capable, and customer focused. You’ll manage daily routines, support new starters, and ensure food safety and brand standards are consistently met.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily operations and ensure smooth running of the outlet.
* Support and mentor new starters and ongoing team members.
* Maintain food safety and brand standards.
* Handle queue management, food prep, and problem resolution on the floor.
* Keep the team customer‑focused and maintain a positive working environment.
Qualifications
* Experience working in a food service or hospitality environment.
* Willingness to take on responsibility and support others.
* Strong communication skills and positive attitude.
* Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
