We are recruiting on behalf of a small animal practice in Burgess Hill, West Sussex for a Permanent Veterinary Surgeon to join their team.
The practice is home to a large, collaborative team of 9 vets, 9 nurses and supportive non-clinical staff. They will give you the clinical freedom you deserve, along with any level of support you require. You must have good experience gained in a small animal practice, a high standard of general surgical skills, excellent communication skills in order to inform and support clients and the ability to create evidence-based treatment plans. You must be passionate about keeping up to date with your own professional development. Although it is not required, you must have the ability and confidence to work sole charge.
This role is full time for 40 hours per week with either early shifts from 8am to 6pm or late shifts from 10am to 8pm, along with 1 weekend per month. There will only be 1 late shift per week. There will be no OOH work or on-call duties.
