We have exciting opportunities to work within our HR Workforce Information and ESR Team as a Workforce Information Officer supporting the team in providing Employee Staff Record updates, e-Expenses and workforce data analytics. The role is based at St Catherine's Health Centre, Birkenhead, working Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will report directly to the Workforce Information & ESR Team Leader and will work alongside colleagues in the Workforce Information and ESR Team, with the Recruitment Team and the wider HR Team, using bespoke systems such as ESR and TRAC. On a day-to-day basis the successful candidate will provide front line advice and guidance to managers undertaking ESR related activity, Support the Recruitment and Workforce Information Manager, Workforce Information and ESR Team Leader and wider team with the implementation of several projects by completing and supporting data cleanse activities, processing email and telephone queries, running standard reports and processing transactions submitted by managers for employee changes. As an ambassador for our team, the successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus, with the ability to demonstrate attention to detail and be able to work as part of a diverse and inclusive team. The ability to prioritise and manage your own workload is essential. Previous experience of working with systems and a solid knowledge of Microsoft packages would be an excellent foundation for taking on this role, however full training will be given and a can do attitude with a willingness to learn is just as important.
