We are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team at Wincanton in Telford, on a Fixed Term Contract until March 2026. Where we provide logistics services for our customer RBSL. This is a weekend focused role, requiring availability to work on Saturday and Sunday.
Successful candidates will be required to obtain and maintain Security Clearance which includes providing 5 consecutive years of UK residence and employment/education history.

Day to Day
20. Receiving, picking, and packing stock in a safe and efficient manner
21. Completing a range of warehouse inventory
22. Data input and related admin tasks
23. Cycle counting of stock within the warehouse
24. Undertaking local deliveries
25. Operating in a safe manner, in accordance with training provided
26. Working alongside Team Members to achieve targets and meet customer expectations
What will you bring?
27. Good attention to detail, and an accurate way of working to ensure all documentation and data is correct
28. The quality of work is the main consideration, so a good level of attention to detail is required
29. Excellent IT skills
30. Understanding the need for a high level of customer service
31. Good communication skills
32. Ability to work as a part of a team but also show initiative when required to work independently
33. Full Clean Driving Licence
34. Counterbalance Forklift and Reach Truck licenses would be an advantage, although full training will be provided
35. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems would be an advantage, although full training will be provided
