You work as part of a cross‑functional team to lead and deliver the activities required to complete Process Design and Process Deployment for Innovation, Growth and Productivity projects across multiple geographies with an emphasis on delivering the desired consumer experience.
How You Will Contribute
With the support of a manager and technical coaches, you will design and implement projects in line with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing requirements and effectively communicate project statuses and risks. You will conduct activities to generate appropriate process information, using modeling, simulations, pilot plant and plant trials in accordance with good manufacturing practices and HACCP. You will also plan and conduct process development activities including process design and specifications, process scale‑up and commissioning, technical risk assessments and maintain accurate consumer‑centric process specifications. You will assist in planning the effective use of resources, manage stakeholders, make recommendations and influence decisions based on data analysis, and create intellectual property to drive competitive advantage.

More About This Role
You assist in the planning, development and execution of capital projects, technical development, and feasibility perspectives of engineering‑related activities in the R&D Pilot Plant to support growth and productivity while maintaining the highest level of quality, safety and environmental standards. You help ensure that Mondelēz business and innovation processes and standards are followed during project execution. You lead site installations and modifications, ensure safe work, effectively manage contractors, and are accountable for the quality of projects following Mondelēz standards. You help define and deliver the capital and technical agenda during the development of new process technology, collaborate with stakeholders to provide accurate budgets, plans and fit‑for‑purpose technical solutions, and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Food Safety policies.
