You'll aim to improve business controls, reduce complexity, and enhance operational excellence, while maintaining quality and efficiency to keep pace with AO change.
We have begun our journey through a large digital transformation across the organization. You will be challenged to understand and respond to varied business needs, working with internal and external stakeholders to rapidly enhance internal capabilities and continuously improve operational performance, using the latest D365 technologies in Supply Chain Management and Finance.
Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing
* Gather requirements by engaging with stakeholders and shadowing workshops to understand business needs and pain points.
* Supervise and deliver functional design activities internally and with our preferred partners.
* Configure the system and challenge partners to adhere to best practices for successful delivery.
* Collaborate with Technical and Operations teams to support project delivery that benefits the business and its customers.
* Provide support to customers/end users as needed, including presentations and demonstrations to prototype future solutions.
* Create and support training workshops to increase knowledge and buy-in from end users and colleagues across Tech.
* Test detailed functional components and produce prototypes to ensure effective business processes.
* Be on-call a maximum of 1 week per month to support ongoing needs.
A Few Things About You
* Knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Retail to support the expansion of the D365 F&O ERP system.
* Strong attention to detail and investigation skills.
* Ability to work independently and contribute to the team.
* Effective workload and time management according to SLAs.
